Client: Federal Agency
Location: Bethesda, MD
Ability to Work: Onsite, remote at the discretion of the contractor.

Job Description:
The Contractor will independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute. The primary objective is to provide services and deliverables through the performance of support services.
- Exercise a wide range of supervisory authority, to include planning, assigning, and directing the work to be accomplished; ensure timely performance of satisfactory amounts and quality of work.
- Formulate new strategies and approaches to deal with complex issues and problems, and continually seek ways to enhance and streamline work processes.
- Exhibit knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other regulations, policies, and procedures governing acquisitions and procurement.
- Prepare metrics for staff and provide regular reports to staff and leadership on a recurring basis to ensure timely completion of work products.
- Provide customer liaison services to include resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and improving customer service.
- Serve on various committees at the Institute and NIH levels.
- Establish and maintain internal management controls to ensure functions achieve the intended results, and that resources are used consistent with goals and objectives and are protected from waste, fraud, and misuse.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
- Knowledge of the FAR and other regulations, policies, and procedures governing acquisition and procurement.
- B.S. in Business Administration, or related field
